β β β β β Always feel comfortable, awesome ladies on the front desk who are always friendly, even offer you a cuppa if your waiting, my dentist hannah has been great too also made me feel comfortable even though I was extremely nervous, 3rd apt down 1 more to go ? thank you. A++++

β β β β β I have long had an aversion to dentists, to the point of causing anxiety whilst accompanying my daughters to the dentist let alone going myself, after a very bad experience as a child I have avoided them like the plague. However today after several weeks of severe pain I finally decided I had to bite the bullet and face my fear as I needed to get rid of the pain. Silver birches although being heavily booked up managed to provide me an appointment at very short notice. The dentist I saw, Phil, and his assistant whoβs name I didnβt get were exceptional. Their easy going and friendly demeanour helped put me at ease and Phil went above and beyond in his work with a high level professionalism and thoroughly explained the options and permutations in very clear fashion. The experience has helped to alleviate some of the fear I have had for many years. 10 out of 10
