I have been doing yoga for Approx 12 years and the last 3 in Tracys Iyengah yoga class - it has become a religion for me, I find it both physically and mentally valuable.
I'm building up my strength, working on my flexibility and learning the art of switching off in this busy world.
Tracys the best yoga teacher that I have ever experienced and her classes are precious break for me.

It has become a regular habit for me and if I dont go I miss it and notice straight away. Tracy is a great teacher who holds the space well for you be safe with detailed instruction.
