β β β β β The staff at simplicity were amazing when my aunty passed away. They tailored her funeral costs to our budget, and she was given the upmost respect and care. I highly recommend this company, they made it stress free and supported our family amazingly.

As a family we loved that the Simplicity team worked hard to make the whole funeral process flow seemlessly. They answered all our stupid qiestions, and guided us through the process, twice.
We appreciate what you do and how you do it, and as much as we hope not to do business again, we wouldn't consider using anyone else.

β β β β β Horrifying. Unprofessional. Low Rent. I wouldn't send Anything there let alone my loved one. Zero star rating from me. (I see i have been flagged for fake review. This is simply untrue.) Dont even get me started on the poor service and impatience of the woman that ran the service the night of our family friend. And to be accused of lying by the owner just proves the incompetence and denial of the staff. They have done this to other low reviews aswell. It would scare me off completely ever using this service again.

β β β β β Rang them on the Sunday of a long weekend, and they gave instant professional service.
As a Celebrant I gave worked with many funeral directors and I could not fault the professional approach. My brother in law is Maori, but did not want to go to a marae they understood his cultural beliefs and made the Whanau welcome and they were able to avail themselves of tea coffee etc. And spend time with him. As a Celebrant I took the service and they allowed us all the time we needed to celebrate his life and say our farewells. No 1 hour limit that is sometimes given so we didn't feel rushed.
The funeral director our family previously used has sold their business and we are happy, when we need these services again we have found an excellent replacement.

β β β β β Fantastic services we are so happy with Noel, Mathew and Dana. They looked after our Mum and took care of all the details. They are professional culturally sensitive and totally aware of protocol and Church services. This made it easier for me to deal with other matters during Covid-19. Thank you so much it was a great day for all my whanau. We have no hesitation in recommending Noel Morris Mathew and Dana who cared for our mother daily during the time she was with the Simplicity Bereavement.
