β β β β β I bought my Toyota Auris from here. I got a good deal. They were very polite and friendly. I bought my car in Level 3 so the WoF needed an update as it was 4 monts old. So it was agreed that they will get it update on Level 2. I messaged them on Tuesday to book an appointment for weekend as i have a day off. So they advised me to confirm it on Thursday or Friday. I can come until 12 noon. So i messaged again on Friday morning confirming that I will be coming on Saturday around 10 am. But i didn't recieved any reply from them. I was on my way to them and i got a call around 9.45 am saying that they haven't confirmed 10 am and my appointment is at 11 am. As i was already there i waited for one outside their dealership in my car and went inside at 11 am. They sent me to the workshop for a WoF update. When i reached the workshop, the manager said they took two urgent jobs and my car will be done at 12 noon. I called Sithari cars and they said that we don't own the workshop and can't do anything. So i finally had to wait until 12 noon for a WoF. Until today i was happy with their service but now i regret. How their behaviour changed once i had paid all the charges and im longer a buyer to them. Just be sure before paying full payment. If anyone wish to verify this, please feel free to contact i will share chat screenshots.

β β β β β Bought fresh import Subaru Outback 2010 when odo is 55K km. They gave me the car when ABS and VCD (vehicle dynamic control) light are on - I just realised them as a problem the day after. There are 6 air bags instead of 8 as in the advertisment. Took a month and lot of work-leave to repair ABS and didn't get resolved - but it's good when the cas has 6 months guarantee. They don't agree to swap to another.
Niel was nice and patient to help resolve the ABS issue but ignore the 6 airbags problem.
Disapointed with the purchase.

β β β β β I called up sithari cars regarding a Toyota Aqua. Niel was extremely kind, calm and helpful. On the phone call he said we can try for finance and we will have an answer by the time I reached their yard. Prices was easy and it just took few minutes. When we reached the yard Niel said finance was approved. It couldn't be simpler than this. I was extremely surprised how easy was this whole process.. Car when received was extremely tidy and the new stereo system was perfect.
Highly recommend these guys and especially Niel very good customer service.
