Looked at buying a car from them. Wanted to trade in mine but they came back with a complete lowball offer - was $5-$7k different to 5 other trade in offers I had after theirs. Then they said I should try and sell privately?! Even though there advertising says they welcome trade-ins. WILL NEVER BE BUYING A CAR FROM THESE GUYS - DEFINITELY SHOP AROUND.

Good cars. Can recommended! After my almost one year purchase, the quality of the car I bought there still last and didnt show any signs of fading.

Edited to reply. I didn't ask to remove body kit but the chrome on the van as it was not a professional job and had glue marks visible. And the manager didn't say that the vechiles we like would be there to view in 5-10mins but arrange to view at a later time. He just rudely said "if you don't like it buy another one". The card yard we bought our van from agreed to fix any defects and even painted faded paints for the same price. That's how you should deal with clients who are willing to buy. That's a fair review, if you can't take negative reviews ask Google Maps to remove review options for you. Once again pathetic service and response from you.

Very disappointed with the service. I'd recommend anybody who wants to buy car from them, get everything written what they say and follow up whether they have done their work according to the sale advertisement. In the advertisement, it says that there will be full car grooming service but they just gave a car with normal water and wax wash, which I can do better. They don't polish a car in full grooming service. What a joke! Lot of marks and black spots on the car and their door joint sections. They would talk nicely first time you go and deposit money. You will see the real picture after that. Don't keep their words in case of car delivery time. Different people provide different timing from signet and you need to keep calling them to get the update. At the last delivery time, I went there and waited more than 2 hours because they just started washing, and did paint touch up after I went there which should have been done before. We had to cancel going work for that day. Haven't provided servicing sticker or any invoice to have a service history. I was told it's in VTNZ for compliance now I hear It's done from Western. Mate, stop lying and provide the service that you promised and advertised. Why do I have to feel cheap when I buy a car with over $20,000? Before depositing money, Mr Gaye was super friendly. He said that we'd report and update you every single thing in compliance and gave me a number to call if I have any question anytime. Guess what? I called him more than six times and left a message which he did not bother to pick up and called me back. Hire people as you are not doing us any favor charging less money for a car. Once you get deposit, move on to the next one and don't bother with existing one. Why would I come back to wash the car again? I told you that I was not happy and you did not care and said you would not polish and did your best. Is there anything left to do after you say that. Who does not polish a car in full car grooming service? Answer is Signet motors. Your answered shows still arrogance. You asked me to come to wash my car and be happy before taking it. Didn't I tell you, Mr Frank that I was not happy with your service? Mr. Frank said they'd post that in my address, which I highly doubt and when I inform him about not polishing my car. He said that they only polish black car. What does full grooming mean to all? I don't know but MR Frank thinks only water wash with wax and say that did their best. As a salesperson, you need to show us the features and that's not something you are doing a favor, remember! You are saying that you have staff shortage, so we need to compromise the service that we deserve while you take premium price without any discount on the car price. It's your job to make sure enough staffs to provide good service to customers because they are paying you, not in vice versa. Stop making excuses when you charge them for the service and car. I bought cars from other dealers before but my car never looks this bad. My car always looked new and nice smell inside. Car dealer always provides full grooming service with polishing but you even need to follow up with them before buying because they'd say that they have done their best. I even told them on the spot that I was not happy and the expression he showed. He does not care and did his best. Wow. I say that it's not good enough and never going to buy or recommend any of my friends here. I hate people who do not keep their words.

Awesome! Frank and the team were great. From the moment I walked in and interrupted his lunch on a Sunday ? He was super helpful and friendly. They were happy to help with the pre-purchase inspection, and the vehicle came back 100% When I picked the car up, it was beautifully detailed inside and out, with a full cut and polish, fresh tyre shine and half a tank of fuel to see me on my way. During the process from viewing to collection, they were very thorough and kept up good communication. Cheers ✌️
