★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a car from them. After a couple of days the door was not opening properly anymore. They sent a parts for the door which was actually broken. Told them that it’s broken and I was asked to send it back. They said they can’t do anything anymore because it’s gonna cost them money even though my car is still on Warranty. So dissapointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently had a terrible experience with a car dealer in Penrose therefore decided in looking for another place to buy my car.
I found Sithari cars and cannot be happier. It is a pleasure to deal with people who listens to what the customer wants to say and wants, no imposing what THEY want.
Niel, the local manager, goes an extra mile to help and cooperates with you in everything. Very nice person to deal with.
I highly recommend Sithari cars to anyone who wants to have a friendly and good customer services from a car dealer, people who respect you as a customer and who are really interested in helping you not take advantage of you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought my Nissan juke (2010) in Feb 11 2020, although I wasnt the best client in getting my documents together - The lady in the henderson branch was persistent friendly and provided amazing service ! im happy with the service she and her team provided plus the juke itself ! no problems so far, the juke runs fine, i managed to get put on Janssen insurance with comprehensive and mechanical cover ! I have definitely told people to check out their car dealers if their look fo a car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a car here. Had a transmission issue after a couple of weeks. It took about two months to get it done. And brake pads worn out less than 5k, but no warranty given. Not a pleasant experience at all!
And I had to get all types replaced after 3 months. AA inspection reports didn’t mentioned about tyres, but when fixed brake pads, a mechanic found out there are serious cracks on all of tyres.
What I can say is I picked up this car a few days after AA inspection done and the Sithari cars has their own workshop.
I tried to drade-in the car in 2020, visited a few dealders and they told me that the transmission had a problem. Sithari Car had told me that it was fixed, but obviously not!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The person who assisted us was great and knowledgable so no issue with that. The problem is that they don't do a thorough check of the cars before handover and it turned out we had to have our car fixed due to existing conditions that only arise after a longer drive than the usual test drive. They provide cheaper options but for our next buy we will just go to a reliable dealer who does thorough checks of the car. We had to shell out an extra $400 because as they said it is beyond their "6 months limited warranty". Please check the coverage of their warrantly before going through a deal with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ About 6 months ago I bought my pearl white Honda CR-Z from Sithari Cars and Niel Perera was helping me from start to finish. The car was on sale at the time for a very good price. It showed a hybrid system fault after my relatively long test drive but otherwise the car seemed fine so I took it to Honda for a pre-purchase inspection. They confirmed that the car is good but needs a hybrid system fan replaced. Niel stepped in and organized the repair quickly and without hesitation. The repair was done successfully first time, I purchased the car and have been enjoying it for the past 6 months without any trouble. The car is tidy and is especially nice after some TLC and Enkei wheels. Buying from Sithari was a great experience, largely due to customer service, although the car is great as well. Niel is a fantastic car salesman in terms of what you could possibly expect. He was very professional, very polite, patient, willing to help sort things out and just in general pleasure to deal with and talk to. Thanks a lot to Sithari Cars and Niel, I will gladly return when I buy my next car if what I am after is on the yard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The salesperson (Niel) was patient, accommodating, and professional from start to finish. I came in to the dealership on a relatively busy day but felt like he was very attentive without being pushy at all.
I didn't make a decision to buy until just before closing time, but Niel managed to arrange to have the vehicle registered AND helped with financing quickly and efficiently.
His after-sales service has also been outstanding. We are extremely pleased with our car and would highly recommend Sithari Cars to anyone.
