I’ve tried repeatedly unsubscribing from all the emails they keep sending me (bring your car all the way out to Henderson to get a WOF done etc).
I don’t even know how they got my email address.
I’ve never taken my car to them - or any of their other locations - and never will.

Special about our experience was he explained important functions of the car like cruise controls, setup your device, voice features map settings and many more.... I didn't have this experience when I bought Ford! Go beyond sale of a vehicle.
