She is friendly, professional and very kind and when you enter her room you immediately relax. I would definitely recommend Karen over any other beauty business in town (and if you are from out of town, then you should definitely consider travelling to see her).

Best of all she has a kind and friendly manner that makes you feel welcome and relaxed.

I don’t think I’ve ever gone in with a request for a particular facial, I usually let Karen take a look at my skin and then let Karen make the decision about which treatment would be best. I love the way Karen treats her clients with respect and doesn’t try to up sell product during the treatment, she waits until after to discuss what she recommends for you. I’ve been using the brand Karen sells for years and I have the type of skin that rebels after six months. Karen knows her products inside and out, she is incredibly knowledgeable and I’ve never had any qualms about recommending her to people.
