I won't let anyone else touch my hair but her, She is fast and efficient and I couldn't ask for a better Profesional hair dresser, from the get go she has made me feel comfortable and I have experienced a variety of different salons and by far hands down because of her I will not go anywhere else!! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with this particular salon was amazing , I felt like I have been selling myself short going anywhere else , I told them I had to be gone at a certain time and the had THREE stylists/hair dressers working on my hair at once , when I walked out I felt amazing , not only that they did a FREE follow up appointment which included hair treatment, blow wave and straighten & even a took some extra length off for me , the conversations are great , they even offer beverages, will definitely be a regular there from now on .
I also love how private and tucked away this Vivo salon is as the others I've seen are quite open for everyone to see .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been in Vivo Tauranga Cameron Road for my 30st Birthday on the 14th of August
Has been a bit of issues for the booking because is not the saloon that does it but another office, but then I called directly the saloon and all was sorted.
I had my brazilian and upper lip wax with a very carefull and soft hand girl (I do apologize I forgot your name) and then I spend a few hours with Frances to get my hair cut (only the split ends) and a gorgeous red colour. Finally a hair-dresser that listen to you and advise you for what suits you best and not only does what she wants like many others I've met in other places!
They took good care of me, making sure I had a tea or a journal to read during the waiting time of the colour.
Total price 248,00$
Overall it wasn't cheap, but was my Birthday treat
The experience is a 5/5, the cut is 5/5, unfortunately the colour has loose quite much short time after.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm pretty disappointed. I raised some concerns at the time but my concerns were shrugged off. Tried calling the customer service line and left messages but they never called back. My hair was meant to be a natural looking balayage but was orange for a long time... no amount of toner could help. I have since seen another hairdresser who has made it much better.

I got my hair coloured and cut by Michaela and I’m super stoked with the outcome, the service was above and beyond my expectations and also thought the price was really reasonable for great results. I was also really grateful to be able to sit down and explain what colour I wanted the end result to be and have great feedback and someone who listened and understood what I wanted! Feel like a new woman ??♀️
