★ ★ ★ ★ ★ they were running 15 minutes late, didn't even apologise for being late until I went to leave. The eyebrow tinting wasn't even In line with my natural eyebrow, and the last tinting left the dye all over my face and my eyelids.. I have been to many places for both of these services and I wouldn't go back here let alone pay full price. customer service was very average didn't even introduce herself or make any conversation.. my friend also went her at 4:30 on the same day and said exactly the same things.. don't waste your money going here, such a shame as it is in a great location.. just poor service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got a lash lift and left with stinging eyes, red eye lids, and a trip to the ER to treat my chemically burnt eyelids. The lash lift itself would be lucky to be classed as average, showing clear kinks as a sign of incorrect application and sections missed. To top it off, my eyelashes have almost completely fallen out two weeks post-service, which would suggest I was given a sulfur or ammonia containing perm rather than a lift, further reinforcing "you get what you pay for".
