★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Signed up on-line and requested an installation two weeks later. After two weeks I was told there was no order in the system even though I got confirmation. I was then told that I had to wait another two weeks. Absolutely appalling service, I had to contact them numerous times and the first person is just as unhelpful as the last. Don't waste your time, I think I dodged a bullet, if this is the type of service you experience when trying to sign up, what would the experience have been like once you're a customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would not even rate them a 1 star at all. It’s been 2 and a half weeks with our sky not working and we have been waiting for a technician ever since. Our family has even left work early to be here for when the technician comes. Still a no show even though we have been promised by a “Mark”/ customer service team that a Tech would be out to see us at certain times. Honestly a waste of time!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Malia in Customer service was not a delight to deal with. Rude and interrupted throughout and didn’t want to hear the customer side. Probably needs more training. She also did not listen properly and instead of getting my SKY TV cancelled, she incorrectly processed cancellation of my Broadband to the broadband team.
Thankfully, the following day I spoke to two helpful individuals Juliet and Veny who helped me out and sorted and now am still a SKY TV customer but the experience with Malia was not so good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to wait forever on the line for customer service during my lunch break on Friday. I only have half an hour break, still no answer and had to end the call. Tried again later in the night, waited for a long time again, was gonna hang up but was the 26 in the que. I'm canceling and returning decoder. They charge a ridiculous $10 penalty fee if not paid on time. Laters sky and cause their office in Mt wellington is now closed on a Saturday I can't return the decoder,, I work within the opening times duringthe week,now I have to take time off during the week to take it in. Such an inconvenience unless they have a pick up system.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just called this pathetic company to upgrade my subscription. Was number 63 in the queue and hel on for 50 minutes. I eventually get to my turn and some incompetent person who works for SKY just hangs up one me without answering. Please hire competent people who can do their job properly. Nice to take customers money but can't deliver proper customer service. Seriously thinking about canceling with you ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sky box has not been working for the past 2 weeks, tried calling the customer service line but the wait time was 2 hours. Emailed them about it, had to follow up twice to get a technician out. Was told that the technician will be here in the afternoon, but received a text message saying that he will be here in the morning and it's not possible for him to come a bit later. Was then told another technician will come in the afternoon, but no show after the estimated time. Try to call again.....still on the line trying to speak to someone. Will be cancelling my subscription.
