★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 세심함이 보이는 어메니티들과 럭셔리하고 프라이빗한 예쁜 집에서 행복한 시간 잘 보내고 갑니다.
날씨가 좋던 나쁘던 별이 보이던 안보이던 그냥 이 곳에 있는 것 자체가 힐링이 되었슴. 크게 숨 들이마시고 떠나기 아쉬운 발걸음을 돌립니다. 밤에 별보며 스파도 좋겠지만 날이 궂은날 비오는 낮에도 참 좋았어요.
훌륭한 하루를 선물 해 준 호스트님께 감사인사 전합니다~♡
 Enjoy a happy time in a luxurious and private beautiful home with meticulous amenities.
Whether the weather was good or bad, the stars were visible or invisible, just being here was healing in itself. I take a deep breath and take a step that I regret leaving. It would be nice to have a spa at night looking at the stars, but on a rainy day on a bad day, it was great.

I am truely inspired by so many aspects of the architecture and design - being able to stargaze from bed after an outdoor bath soak was definitely a highlight! Garry and Liz you are the best! Will definitely be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the most relaxing spot in the McKenzie Basin! Thanks so much Garry and Liz! A real treat of a spot. There’s so much to do in the area but we couldn’t bring ourselves to leave the cabin! Best little luxury stay in Twizel!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What an incredible weekend at our beautiful friends Garry and Liz Harpelton’s Airbnb. Wow!! Skylark Cabin is the epitome of paradise. The serenity, the nature, the beauty and the perfection ❤️ every aspect is breathtaking, from the minute you drive down to the stylish entrance into your own private sanctuary of elegance and class. The view is beyond breathtaking, sit and relax in gorgeous orange beanbags on the deck sipping a glass of wine, taking in the sound of pure New Zealand nature. Let the sun go down and take yourself down to the tranquil outdoor bath, where you soak up the nights sky and watch the majestic stars twinkling above you. Letting go of all the everyday stresses from your soul. Then when the night is closing in you settle into an especially comfortable bed and then… wait for it … you look up and the stars are lighting up the ceiling through what can only be described as a feat of mastery the skylight. But it’s not over because you wake up to it all over again and your soul sings your happiness. Thank you Garry and Liz it sure was a very very special weekend we will cherish forever ♥️♥️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An absolutely wonderful place to stay, private and so very peaceful. The intention of staying at this location was for dark sky Astro Photography and Landscape Photography, I was not disappointed. After a night of doing Photography, the warmth of the fire was instant. There is no better time to view the night sky than in the winter months and can't wait to get back there and get some more amazing shots. The relaxing bath outside under the stars was memorable. The home had every comfort that we needed and was well thought out. An absolute pleasure to recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Skylark Cabin exceeded our expectations. The outdoor bath was bliss, even in the rain. And waking in the middle of the night and looking up to see stars overhead was magical. A well stocked fridge and freezer were a bonus we weren't expecting. We are already planning another stay there for a special anniversary next year.
