★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked, we showed up. We were turned away because they don’t hold a contract with Expedia and the price we were charged was too low. What sort of accommodation provider offers bookings through a third party, take payment then doesn’t honour them because suddenly they think the price was too low. Absolutely trashed our holiday.
And no, you didn’t try to call - our contact details were 100% accurate and there wasn’t a single phone call from you.
Shouldn’t be in business!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leon and his team were so helpful accommodating our family, we are not the usual 2 adults/2 kids. The grounds and rooms are great and being located right on the lake was awesome. There are also signs of work being done to upgrade/renovate. We will definitely be stay there again. Thank you ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spa jets didn't work properly. Some light bulbs in the unit didn't work. Towels smelt like they weren't dried or washed properly. Very noisy place to stay with low class guests who didn't care about others.Possibly the homeless staying there. People going in and out all night and slamming the sliding doors. Staff were of poor quality as well. Not the place to stay if you want a romantic weekend. Carparks weren't marked means anyone can park in front of your unit. Expensive for the price and lacking in quality. Will never stay there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was so clean and unit was very comfortable, private. Lovely to walk around the lake. The pool was clean. I would definitely stay there again. Special thanks to Li, he helped us alot as our car broke down. Such a gem of a person.
