★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my undercut redone with a zero fade by Bella. I was a little late but she was still abke to fit me and worked really quickly, cleanly and professionally. This is the best my undercut has ever looked, and also the best experience I've ever had at a barbershop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They cancelled three times, and the 3d time they didn't even notify me; I took half the day off from work to go there, only to find out they forgot to cancel me and no one was available to do my haircut. Unfortunately, they showed zero respect for other people's time. I understand that bcuz of Covid, they are short-staffed. I had to call the owner multiple times for my refund until he finally answered the phone and apologised (I appreciate it but that doesn't justify the behavior and not getting a bad review), and refunded my money.

Prices are also good, particularly for Ponsonby. They use an online booking system which is easy to find and book appointments on.

Relaxing atmosphere and amazing experience.
Visited multiple times beard trim & haircut and was so relaxing I almost fell asleep.
I've seen both Bella & Matias, they are both exceptionally knowledgeable with their craft.
