★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would say these guys are fraudulent.
My car had frontal damage due to a low speed crash. They repaired it and on the surface it looked great, but upon closer inspection there were some major issues.
I decided to get a second opinion and took it to a very reputable body shop.
What they didn't check was the chassis. The front rails were bent, they cut some of the wiring loom at the bottom, taped it back together with painters masking tape, they cut out a sensor completely causing my car to show CEL and occasionally not start, they missed out few bumper supports, they chopped off one side of the front bumper brace and didn't even screw the other side back properly.
I took it back to them, and they maintained they did a good job and said that the damage was heavy and for the price its really good.
Unfortunately I got the contact of this body shop from an acquaintance because at the time I didn't know where to go. He said he knows a body shop that would give me a good price. What I didn't know is that they are in cahoots and in a bid to avoid GST they didn't give me an invoice. Hence I have no paper proof.
I threatened to take them to the dispute tribunal but they instead threatened me saying I have no proof and they will call police for trespassing if I don't leave.
In the end its all my loss. None of the parts they replaced could be reused so the bill to have it mended properly made it uneconomical coupled with the fact I already made a loss paying for the bodged repair. In the end I had to write off a car I really liked.
Their painting was good, I think for small jobs they will be fine but based on how they treated me, you be the judge and decide weather you want to support a business like this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional services. Dont know where to start. Every step of dealing with them has been really bad. The reception lady doesnt know anything. Asked few questions including if they can send me the pictures of the repair process, she said its a technical and the manager will be contacting you. Then what the hell are you doing sitting at reception. Also, told her that i have limited number of days for reinspection for compliance and she assured that the vehicle would be put under quarantine so i get enough time. Called me just 2 days ago from last date of re inspection and said cant help you have to pick up your vehicle. The repair required paint to be applied on the underbody. When the car was ready to pick up, noticed damages like scratch and chip along with paint overspray throughout the vehicle. Manager came to fix it and couldnt even see it properly. When questioned if you guys not inspect the vehicle after finishing the job he said we do but still missed the paint overspray. Suggested me to go somewhere else for future repairs. Would never trust a workshop operated by Indians anyways. Bunch of monkeys who dont know anything about professionalism, services. The only thing helping this business to continue operating are the dealers. Otherwise it would be down the drain in no time. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to have them as their repairers.
