This was a move from Hamilton to Auckland. I got a few quotes for moving and they came in well better than the others. Though I was mildly hesitant considering that difference we went with them anyway. The team turned up on time but with an extra person as well, which was a big help. They got cracking straight away and didn't stop for one second. I even offered to get them coffee and said it would be ok to take 5 and drink it but they refused, said they'd get one on the drive between places and just pushed on. They packed the truck so well, like SO well. Unloaded super fast as well and there was only one small scuff on the chest freezer - all things considered that's nothing given the truck was completely full without an inch to spare. I would 100% use them again and ask for Mana, Harry & Mandeep - so good ?!Thanks guys for an easy move.

β β β β β A huge thank you to Rick from Smart express for all his efforts quoting for and arranging my collection and delivery. His great communication and excellent customer service was greatly appreciated and took the stress out of arranging transportation.
Also, a big shout out to Ben and Manu who took care of the delivery. Such lovely guys who were very professional. I really appreciated their great communication around delivery times, and they did a fantastic job of delivering my furniture - at least one piece of which was very awkward and heavy. Plus, they negotiated an awkward driveway to do so.
I am very happy with the service I received from everyone concerned and couldnβt recommend Smart Express more highly.

The two movers took great care with all my possessions and loaded and unloaded within a few hours. The entire process was swift but through and the communication leading up the the movers arrival was excellent. Highly recommend.

The team really helped me to think through the options (van size, packing by myself vs getting their help etc). On the day, the guys arrived on time and were more careful with my stuff than I would have been if Iβm honest. Very happy - thank you!

β β β β β We chose Smart Express due to the positive reviews. We trusted them above others however our double door silver fridge which was in excellent condition, now has a huge deep scratch right across the front on the bottom door from one side to the other. We also had a large white cupboard completely destroyed beyond use and now has to be replaced. We did contact Smart Express but they do not want to own any responsibility for the damage. We do not recommend them nor would we use them again. We paid $1300 for a local move of 3 men to ensure it was all done as efficiently and professionally as possible, only to be very much let down and out of pocket.

β β β β β We were very happy with the service from Smart Express. The person who took our booking was polite, knowledgeable, and accurate with the quote and our needs. They booked us a large van with two strong men who were friendly, punctual, smart with packing, and extremely careful with our stuff and respectful of our property. They also managed to complete the job within the quoted amount. I would definitely book this crew again - they were reliable and trustworthy.
