At the pick up area there is confusion. The forkhoist driver should go and call the next in line. I noticed today that they just hoot their horns when they need another truck to move in. There should be some sort of control like in CODA.
I waited more than two hours for pickup. We can't make money sitting doing nothing. I hope Tappers put some control in place. A number system may work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I met their driver Czn421 in onehanga Z petrol stationd at lunch time today.ther driver was so rudem to me told me go back to china. Because i was using my phone in petrol station. Been nz for 20a years.first time i heart that. I don't think their service better than that

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Office staff are awesome. But when it comes to loading...joke, would be an understatement. Priority loading for their own trucks, which means the average wait time can be up and beyond 2 hours. Think it's about time they came up with a better system, wouldn't recommend them at all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please DO NOT park your truck in middle of road and block entrance just for a Pie!!! Certainly you can park on side of road, there is a space for that. We have to drive in wrong direction in order to drive in that entrance. Terrible driver.
