★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Change the hours on your website. It says you are open til 12am. This is incorrect. You close at 11.30pm. it might save people who have looked at your website hours being locked out and having to leave their washing just sitting in a machine overnight then having to get up early and get down there at 6am to retrieve their washing. I have already suggested to Google Maps an edit on the hours they have put up as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Smart Laundromat has lost a loyal customer. We have been using this laundromat since it opened, yet we were refused a refund because the dryer door had opened while our washing was being dried, causing the dryer to stop, however the timer continued to count down. As a result, our washing was still wet when we went to pick it up and we now have to pay more money to get it dried. Will be using a different laundromat service from now on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I Highly recommend Smart Laundry as I have been a customer here for over 8 years. I have found the staff and management to be helpful and polite. They offer a wide range of services to accommodate any household laundry needs. The saying goes "give respect, get respect" it's not easy being in customer service when the customer is rude and intimidating. Next time you're in the laundry mat try getting to know your local laundry mat assistants, you'll be surprised they are human too. Due to covid globally price increases are everywhere it is inevitable, I will stay with Smart Laundry mat's even if their prices have increased as I know they offer quality service at affordable prices. Thank you to the team at smart laundry mat's. I appreciate you all especially the hard working young lady that is there most day's holding it down for all the customers. Customers be kind to your retail assistants, thank you
