For someone who had not purchased a house in 20 years it was great to work with Debra in the purchase of my new pad. She was honest and provided guidance through the process working with both myself and the seller for the best outcome.
It was also pleasing to have feedback from others in the market from agents to lending providers espouse the virtues of Debra lending more weight to the opinions and confidence he had in her.

Debra and her team wasted no time in following my initial enquiry to discuss the prospect of selling my home. A face-to-face conversation in which we discussed an appropriate sales strategy was informative and put my mind at rest as to what to expect. Debra quickly arranged the relevant marketing initiatives and conducted the process from start to finish, keeping me informed all the way. Any concerns I had were carefully and sensitively addressed; the momentum gathered pace and within a very short period of time, I was facing a multitude of offers.
Debra allowed me to consider each on their own merits before settling on a final offer, and what was by now 'true to style', Debra conducted the next and final stages of the process with attentiveness to my nervousness and kindly reassured me when I felt somewhat overwhelmed by the stresses which can arise during the buying and selling process.
In summary, I liked Debra's style of engagement, her ability to 'run with the ball' and bring about a successful conclusion to the sales process - highly recommend this agent, it was an enormous pleasure to trust this process to such a skilled professional. Thank you, Debra!

This has been the third time I have used Debra to sell properties. She has a good knowledge of the market, strives to get the best possible deal, communicates well with the vendor. In using Debra 3 times indicates my trust in her to sell. You don't have to pay huge commissions to get a great job done, that's why Smart Real Estate rocks....
