β β β β β I chose Michelle to sell my house as I knew she had a lot of success in selling properties in the area and I wanted someone with a big database and proven skills. I was a bit unsure about selling by auction, but Michelle was able to guide me through it and in the end I was absolutely delighted with the result! Not only did I get more money for my house than I expected but it was such a relief when the hammer fell and I knew it was done and dusted. All the way through the process I was kept informed and I felt like Michelle was honest and totally had my back. She has an awesome team working with her so I knew there was always someone looking after me. Claire her Business Manager made sure everything was done with great attention to detail and with her looking after the campaign from that point of view, I felt confident that Michelle was just out there working her hardest to get a buyer for me and she did! Would definitely use Team Ward again!

β β β β β Michelle made it easy for us to watch from the sidelines, to list mum's house, as she organised all the legalities/behind the scenes paperwork.
With a swift and organised marketing campaign, Open Homes and great reporting, we were kept in the loop at all times.
Auction Day was delightful with Harcourts staff looking after us. The auctioneer impressed us too, previously coming out personally to look over the home and meet us.
Michelle worked her magic Auction day too, encouraging the buyers with their bidding.
I highly recommend Michelle Ward to anyone wanting to sell their home. She is likeable, efficient, honest and positive.
