★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did a pretty good job of my filthy road tripped car. Easy to DIY and you could redo any of the stages if needed. The token machine was working. And no queue on a Friday morning.
If you can't hand wash, it's an ok choice. Much better than using a rotating brush scratch machine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I paid 120 dollars for my car to be cleaned and I expected spotless car inside out. However, I have to remind them to clean the roof, the inside was not that great. I asked to clean a spot on the carpet where I thought it was smelly, they said I have to pay extra 25 dollars. I bought a carpet cleaner for 6 dollars. Anyway, their service does not worthy the 100 dollars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Use this car wash if you want water spots all over your car. Used the “spot free” rinse for 3 minutes and still have water marks everywhere and I had to rewash the car when I got home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As far as manual car washes goes, this one was horrible. Firstly, they only let you use your card in $10 increments. Secondly, once you put your money in, it takes the machine up to 30 seconds to register what mode you want, showing a complete disregard for your money and time. And once you've finally managed to get soap on your car, you have to add another $10, just to take a look at the brush and see it's covered in sand, rocks, dirt. Utterly disgusting, I doubt they have ever changed brush at the Newtown Bay. Use this car wash only if you want to ruin your paintwork, pockets, and your day. Seriously, do not use this business, they do not care about your car or anything of sorts.
