★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently had my wisdom tooth taken out and I had a great experience with the staff and procedure, I had a stubborn wisdom tooth which was extremely difficult to take out but Dr So had immense patience and and experience and took the tooth out

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience had it with you guys at albany brach. Got my crown recemented like 4months back. Spend $200 just on rementing it. The doc said its gonna last a long time and in just 4-5 months it came off. Called the brach and now they are denying it that there is no guarantee. such a horrible experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My partner is seeing Dr Jomy from Smile Dental and we are more than happy for the care she is giving him. She is very lovely to talk to and very thorough and precise on the treatment that we are getting. I know that she has lots of patients to look after but she always makes us feel very special, does not forget to follow-up and make courtesy calls. Thank you, Dr Jomy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 star for Dr Cynthia Shi - she greeted us at reception about our enquiry, perhaps she is not use to being on the front desk but regardless she should be well aware of the disabilities act and general expected customer service behaviour.
We simply enquired about getting a quote for a dental care procedure, of which we would be getting financial assistance to pay for.
She then insisted we book in and when we said no thanks, we would like a quote first to show and get financial assistance - she immediately went cold and sour, giving us an up and down stare and judgemental look.
Her tone of voice changed, and she wanted nothing to do with us - her manner was rude, sharp and short and REFUSED saying that there is no such thing and it is not possible to get financial assistance from WINZ for dental care.
We then went to another Dentist and was booked in and seen that week AND the financial assistance was approved and covered the cost. You should be ashamed of yourself 'Smile' and Cynthia Shi.
