★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I went in today for PCR tests at 10am to head overseas tomorrow. We got our results emailed to us directly from Dr Anwar at 9pm this evening. Everything was perfect. The swabs didn’t even hurt. Thank-you so much , can’t recommend highly enough!

My family had a test on 26th of April, and we got test results on 27th early morning.
Doctors Anwar Hoosen is very kind and professional, and he can speak some Chinese as well.

I had missed my flight because of late pcr report result, but the doctor didn't really care, but sent me an email to ask a refund to labtest by myself, adding that it will make no difference. The doctor was even upset at me, blaming the staffs at labtest. He doesn't really check which type/method of pcr test each country accepts; after i missed my flight, he suggested other clinic near the airport, where this clinic does this pcr test method that my destination country won't accept. Anything bad happens, you will have to sort it out by yourself. In terms of price, i guess this clinic asks higher fee. After i missed my flight, because i needed to do pcr again, i contacted two clinic/hospital, i could save $50 at these places.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was struggling to find a clinic that conducted an urgent PCR test when I came across travel clinic via a google search. The receptionist recommended I contact the doctor directly, and when I did, Dr Hoosen was very responsive. Despite my abrupt and urgent request, he immediately emailed me a few minutes later that a slot was available. My mother went through a comfortable PCR testing procedure and informed me that Dr Hoosen was very gentle and caring. We received the test results the next day. The invoice was high, but it was worth the service we received.

It's so rare to get such good service and I've referred 10 people already.
Amazing to have this support at such a difficult time during the Omicron peak in NZ.
We are all trying to see our families and it's really hard to make it happen with all the bureaucracy of crossing a border now and the clinic has helped me so much.
