★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Calculated my shipping cost incorrectly and charged double to send a parcel. Literally started yelling at me when I asked if I could get a refund. My fault for not checking NZ Post's guidelines beforehand I suppose, but you'd think a business certified to send parcels would know how to correctly charge shipping costs.
