Smith&Smith® alongwith Laser Group are proud to be a corporate partner of Lifeline. Lifeline have been helping Kiwis in crisis for over 50 years

Lifeline receives over 10,000 calls per month and 30,000 texts from people of all ages and ethnicities who are struggling with a wide range of issues including relationship and work problems, mental health, grief, abuse, bullying and loneliness. They help an average of 11 people a day at high risk of suicide.

Throughout the year our team work on a number of initiatives and activities to raise funds for Lifeline. These include the Lifeline push up challenge, raffles, barbeques, bake offs, Mental Health Awareness Week, as well as the Smith&Smith® Best of New Zealand bi-annual competition, Smith&Smith® roadshows and Laser conference.

Very disappointed in the communication for my windscreen replacement. No answer to emails . I only knew of my appt when I rang and asked for it! Overall (allowing for covid delays) it took 4 months for my windscreen replacement. I would not recommend.

Took my car in there to have the windscreen replaced, took 10 minutes of standing at the counter before anyone came out. charged me upfront and told me it would be 2 hours, 4 hours later they gave me a call. Came to pick up the car and they send me an invoice which was $60 cheaper than what I payed upfront before the work was done. Took months of back and forward emails and phone calls giving the same information every time to get the money they owed me back. Quality of work was average at best.

My car was booked in for Windscreen Replacement. I did not stay on Premises whilst it was being done.

Very bad sorry not even reply email or customer service .disappointed and never going back to them. I will never recommend to any one and Taranaki windscreen is the best guy and cheapest

We have used S&S Glass for years now in NP so very disappointed in the recent service. My partner took a day off work (self employed) to get a new windscreen installed. Booking etc ok, but did take three weeks to get a space - is this due to lack of windscreens or lack of staff at S&S? Seems a lot of complaints about getting appointments. Anyway, chalked it up to COVID delays. Got great texts to remind us to turn up. So he did, to find the new windscreen must have been dropped or something and was unusable. They offered to install it (with a chip that could crack??) but he declined the offer. Have to wait weeks again to get a new one in, take another day off work ($2-3K lost again). They can't come out to his worksite to replace it either. Not good enough. Doesn't anyone check the stock the day before to check it is ok before a customer comes in? We could have rescheduled instead of losing money. Not impressed. Not returning. Looking now at other reviews I will be using another locally based business instead as we can't afford to lose revenue because S&S aren't customer focused.

Very very disappointed in smith and smith new plymouth. In December I went to collect a vehicle and he informed me I had to pay for new wipers arms. I asked him twice are you sure as my husband is a mechanic and would do this himself. Soon after I paid the money he gave me the wrong vehicle keys. I said to him no that's not my car. He then said I can't do a refund someone will get hold of you from Auckland. I was very annoyed as it was Christmas time and $70 is a bit of money. I have called the head office, which they first knew nothing about it ( lucky I kept the receipt) now finally got somewhere and have been waiting 2 weeks for refund. I think this is appalling service from both ends. Would not recommend

Local guys were great. Pity about the people who do the bookings in head office.... they booked me in without a replacement windshield available in-store. Excellent job done when 1 arrived though. Thx to local guys for a fast, efficient job well done
