Smith&Smith® alongwith Laser Group are proud to be a corporate partner of Lifeline. Lifeline have been helping Kiwis in crisis for over 50 years
Lifeline receives over 10,000 calls per month and 30,000 texts from people of all ages and ethnicities who are struggling with a wide range of issues including relationship and work problems, mental health, grief, abuse, bullying and loneliness. They help an average of 11 people a day at high risk of suicide.
Throughout the year our team work on a number of initiatives and activities to raise funds for Lifeline. These include the Lifeline push up challenge, raffles, barbeques, bake offs, Mental Health Awareness Week, as well as the Smith&Smith® Best of New Zealand bi-annual competition, Smith&Smith® roadshows and Laser conference.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've never written a negative review before but hoping this might help me get in contact with someone at this branch. I have been trying to book my company vehicle in to have a windscreen replacement for the past 3 weeks, I am unable to book online as I do not have access to the company insurance details. I have rung on multiple occasions on the 0800 number and each time they say they will send me an email to get me to take photos of the windscreen to get the make required (not received), I called to follow up the email and was told that someone from the Palmerston North Branch would get in contact. This has happened twice now and no call back. Getting to the point where I am going to have to drive in just to book in my vehicle. Novus has been far better to deal with in the past for personal vehicles.

Technician not so good. Made me wait and only to be told that blades had not been done.
Service not that great. Will not be using them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in for full windscreen replacement and camera calibration after, dropped off at 8am took half a day and job was done. Windscreen is perfect and cameras in windscreen working perfect also, couldn’t be happier with the service provided.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent workmanship, the only complaint I have is they told me they would require the vehicle between 12.30 and 3.30pm to replace the windshield, I rang at 3.30 as we were in town and was told it wasn't ready, they rang me at 4.15 by which time I had returned home,I had to leave my vehicle there for the night as I didn't have transport back to pick it up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My only problem is - there is no direct dial to their shop. You have to call an 0800 number that tells you, 'you are 65 in line and your wait time is 75 minutes or get a callback'. And then you get your call back the next day but you needed to pick your car up yesterday but how do I get to it because I have no car!!!!
