★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After arranging with the company to drop off my car for windscreen replacement, the dealer said my car would be done 15:45. I arrived at the branch 16:30 and they still haven't fitted the glass. I explained that I have children to pick up at 17:00, this did not seem to bother them as I only received my car at 17:00.
Not only did I incur extra charges for late pick up at kindy and school holiday program, but my one child was in tears when got to her, she thought I had forgotten her.
I am deeply disappointed and will never use them again. I would not recommend using this company as they have no compassion towards your time and other commitments, even after an agreement was reached for a pick up time.
Completely unprofessional!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My battery went flat waiting for there shop to open left the radio and lights on in my car asked nicely to jump it they said nah sorry we might damage something jumping it told me to go sort it my self so i did then drove to novus ? ive never such bad customer service in all my 30 years of living they also charged me 70 dollars to duct tape some plastic over my rear quater window if your insurance allows it go to novus or some one private smith and smith whangarei is a joke

- Went in end of January for a windscreen replacement. Wrong windscreen there, regardless the correct data from the car and the insurance
- 2 weeks later, new appointement, new excuss.... windscreen not in stock, "S&S has to order the windscreen from Japan. New appointment END OF MAY!!!
- End of may, no windscreen there, regardless a fixed date of 26.May. The so called costumer service had no idea where the ordered windscreen is....
- 10th June, another call to S&S, where is our windscreen, another time more then an hour in the phone line!
- 14th June new phone call, now a new "date" - END OF SEPTEMBER!!!
HOW Would you describe this experience - We know now. Never ever S&S.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always a good experience at Smith and Smith they don't make you wait, great customer service and they do a good job. Tom is really helpful! I will continue using these guys, have been very satisfied with the service over the years, sorted quickly and efficiently every time :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The first glass cracked, so this is the second go at the job. Looks like a trainee installed as silicone oozing out, well there is little chance of water leak! The rubber is not Toyota original or recommended. It is 3 or 3 time chunky then the original.
Very poor job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apparently glass arrived cracked, not the 1st time this has happened. No customer service, can not even ring the branch, you have to go through to the call centre, dropped my car off at 7am, start work at 7.30, no courtesy car or drop off service, not helpful at all
