Provided an itemised quote for repairs which were more than the cost of a new one. Insurance paid out for a new one. Happy customer all round. Thanks Scripps Team. Appreciate your professionalism and customer service.

They were easily the best value electricians in Whangarei (and I received three quotes from other electricians in the area for the same job), they responded promptly, did an excellent fast job of installing a brand new oven, the customer service is a breeze and pleasure to deal with, my electrician showed up on time and kept in contact with me leading up to the installation date, he was lovely and professional and they have an easy invoicing process! I am looking forward to working with them again in the future!
