★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My nephew was ACCUSED of stealing a watch by the manager Wendy and he was with a group of friends. He is only 12 and was strip searched by two police men without his parent's knowledge and the Maori police was the worst of the two! The manager WENDY hadn't even looked at the camera footage to back her claim that my nephew had stolen this watch! When they did look, there was nothing and the police just said, "Sorry boys!" That was it?! We are now writing letters of complaint to the Warehouse and the police. Despicable treatment of our children and you should be ashamed of yourselves!!! I didn't even want to give you one star but this stupid function wouldn't let me post it until I clicked on a star! My nephew and his parents were disgusted in the treatment these kids received. Another one of the boys had money in his pocket because it was his birthday and that's why they were in there shopping and he was also accused of flushing the watch down the toilet because he used the toilet. All of these accusations happened before they had even seen the camera footage!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to buy some shoes and couldn't see any my size so went to the help desk.The lady at the desk paged someone to met me back at the shoe section,guess what,no one ever turned up so I walked out.Next day I thought Id try again, but rang first to see if they actually had what I wanted, Answer was yes we do.So off I go to the store again and once more I go to the help desk, mentioning what had happened the day before.She apologised and paged someone,while advising me to wait at the help desk this time.GUESS what,AGAIN no one arrived so again I leave with no apologies or explaination for rubbish service. Generally shop is OK but there is plenty of scope for improvement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff were friendly. The shop ws tidy and we'll organised. I ws able to find the things I was after easily as the layout of the shop is logical. It is a small warehouse so there is not the selection of products you might find at the larger ones.There is a public toilet in the shop, and there is one in the car park too. As expected the products were well priced and there was a range of similar products at different prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Warehouse is always a staple choice of shop when you have a variety of household or clothing needs. Prices are low and quality reasonable. The store is not the largest however for the size of the town it is well equipped. Opening hours are long so a convenient place to pop into before or after work etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited there garden are even though its smaller than Tauranga stores. The plants are much better size and health. The blueberry bush/tree I got for $12.00 is amazing great work guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service, and friendly staff. I had to return a book that had fallen apart, I didn't have a receipt, just a bank record of purchase. Lee-Anne was awesome. She found the receipt for me, and when we found that the book wasn't in stock she ordered it to be sent to me. Great service, efficient and friendly. Keep up the good work.
