★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good access to the start/end of the Paparoa great walk. Good drive in on a pretty decent surface the whole way from Blackball. Couple of port-a-loos in the car park looked clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Car park for Paparoa track start. 5km out of nearest town, good quality gravel road access though narrow in places and steep towards the end. (Four wheel drive not required). Toilets available at car park. Lots of sandflies.
