โ โ โ โ โ Unfortunately I do not remember the gentlemanโs name (Iโm assuming Joe?)who ran the shop but I must say the service here was outstanding. Last week I was holidaying in Queenstown and I had a vape emergency in which the glass on my barrel smashed. I could only find two vape stores in QT, the first of which sold me a $70 tank that actually wasnโt compatible with my unit. As the first guy was a hassle to deal with I made my way to Smokey Joes. He did not have the same glass replacement as mine but understanding my predicament kindly offered me his personal tank to use for the week I was in QT as this was perfect for my unit. This truly saved my holiday and saved me a lot of money having to buy a new unit to get me through. I am very thankful for the service I was provided and would advise that if in QT, Smokey Joes SHOULD be your first stop for all your vaping needs.

โ โ โ โ โ Terrible return policy, basicaly if you left the store with the mod they won't do anything for you, even if it is a factory default. Stuck with a mod that I bought 2 days ago for 100 dollars that has a chip problem. Brew works & beyond on 73 Beach St, CBD, (500m away) actually tryed to help, shouldv bought my cig there.

โ โ โ โ โ Very friendly staff and attentive. Was kinda bummed that there wasnโt any ways to try the juices. Employee was putting e-juice on our hand and wanting us to lick it to try the flavor. Didnโt have what we wanted but very nice employee.

I was looking to upgrade to a more serious device and could not be happier with the one that was suggested after some serious browsing in the shop - suits my needs perfectly. Great range of stock. Look no further, just go to Smokey Joe's. The staff know their vape!
