★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On the positive side; the kennel facility is clean and tidy and we were able to book a space at short notice. However the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Care is taken with paperwork, which is great but seems to be where care stops. Special renal diet for kidney disease was substituted without consultation for my elderly hound with advanced kidney disease, treat for Christmas was not given. I would not take a Greyhound here as the kennel owner seems to have no breed specific knowledge.
