★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly the worst youth service. They dont even help at all. Nor pick up calls. Denied me, gas money to get to the doctors, denied a food grant when i really needed it. They make it extremely difficult to get any help through them

Phoned NZ Police to report breach of privacy after advising her I've no further interest due her lack of integrity whereby she continued to phone me. We shall challenge this unethical platform on investigation via the Ombudsman.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed, my first experience was amazing. I studied for my level 3 Contact Centre Operations Certification and I passed with all the help I had with my current tutor at the time. After I finished I decided to take another course at Solomon Group. Worst mistake I ever made, my class and tutor were amazing but the amount of work due you get for just a Level 2 health and well-being certificate was horrible. My tutor at the time was amazing, they helped our class a lot. The management is not good, they put to many stress on the tutors. There was this lady, I forgot her name, but she was very mean. She would always have an attitude, she also always said "we don't want to treat you guys like kids" but therefore said, treats us like kids.
