Had our 95 RAV4 serviced (replaced cambelt & water pump, flushed and changed oil, oil pump seal and gasket, coolant, fitting of 2 tyres, replaced rocker cover gasket including spark plug seals, plus plus new WOF and new wiper blade), at a more than fair price. Now our RAV4 drives like a dream and am proud to have it serviced by Mac’s team. Thumbs up to you and will recommend you guys to our friends! Keep up the excellent work!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited here a year ago. Car failed a WOF on a worn suspension bushing. But suspected the fault was not true. Took it to VTNZ and got the senior inspector to check the fault and his colleagues couldn't see any issues with the fault raised. So took it back and complained and they just passed it. So little unsure what there were trying to pull. On another occasion my car came back with a scratch on left hand door and marks around the engine bay where they had been working. Very friendly service from the owner/manager. But overall disappointed with the service on a couple of occasions so stopped coming here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mac's Auto Clinic is a fantastic business worth checking out for any whom are interested, the customer service provided was amazing in fact going out of their way to make the customer happy. I've been there several times, most recently to get some repairs on my car done for my WOF. I had an issue with a seatbelt that wouldn't retract fast, I came to Mac's Auto Clinic for a second opinion after I had been quoted $450 for a new seatbelt. As someone who isn't exactly knowledgeable about cars I would've likely paid the amount but Mac's Auto Clinic offered to lubricate the seatbelt which they did and it now retracts normally again and saved me a minimum of $400 easily. This experience alone having seen I wasn't exactly knowledgeable and would've likely accepted a repair I didn't need and instead informing me of a significantly cheaper option solidified my opinion of this business. Mac's Auto Clinic and Tyre Services are both trust worthy and offer an incredible and affordable service to those who may read this post. If you're in need of a WOF or any other repairs I highly recommend giving these guys a shot, they will not disappoint.
