β β β β β Awful customer service, Philippines and NZ!! Told I was going to. Be charged for "common" inside ariel soc ket coming out..."physical damage" not covered...antenna came out as a Sony guy asked me to look at the model no on the back!!! Should be made stronger than this??!!!! Went through nearly 2 days of stress, speaking to different people in Philippines and over here nz....now, a te hnician can only come on Tuesday NEXT WEEK!!! (today is Wednesday!)..
So I have been left with no tv for a week?!!! I am a lady, on her own, in her 60's and have/still am very sick..I only have my tv....its my life, now....I cant believe Sony can treat their customers like this?!!! They even effectively told me Im a liar!!!! Please note this.......Do NOT treat your customers anywhere like this!!! I just bought the tvbrand new on 21 March 2018 and am still paying it off!!!!!!! Now the technician is coming next week to make a report....do u think he MIGHT fix the antenna port free????!!!!

β β β β β Worst experience ever with Sony. Very poor customer service, they just do not care and think its acceptable that I now have a BENT / crooked TV after a botched repair. Harvey Norman confirmed to me it has been damaged but Sony just don't care one bit and just wants to walk away from the situation. The tv cost around $2000 (a lot of money for me) and has now been completely butchered. The stickers have just been ripped off the old panel and slapped on the new panel, shocking quality standards. How could you think a bent tv is ok, who would want that.

β β β β β Have a PS5 thatβs not working out of the box. Sony is just delaying replacing the unit. Even want to send a faulty item using my own money. Why canβt they pick it up from my place and send me a replacement unit. Trying to get in touch with Sony support is a hassle too. No 0800 number just a 09 number so it means that you will be charged for every phone call you have to make with them. Wait times are over 30mins.

Have tried to obtain a refund for almost two months now, only for a decision to constantly be deferred to a manager who doesn't seem to want to make a decision. How hard is it to do the right thing Sony?
