★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went there in time and they are waiting for us . My husband wait in the waiting room while I went to the other shop near them. We were told that it may take 3-4hours for our radio to be instal. We spend the time waiting from 2:00- 4:00pm. While waiting, there were a lot of customers coming in with purchases as well as asking for their opinion of what product is right for their cars. Everyone comes in scan the code and wear their masks. Our job finish at 4:00pm , they walk us through the radio systems that we purchase. My husband and I were happy with the service and the way they inform both of us of what may happen with the product we want. We are happy with the service they give us and was surprised that we were not charge for the labour only the products we buy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Over the years, I've taken a few cars here. Once they did a great job, the other times, no different to any other installer. After my experience the other day, I have no interest in ever using Sound Around again. I wanted to buy a new head unit, speakers and amp after seeing they have stock of a unit I have been waiting for months to see on their website. When I got there, the person at the desk didn't know or care about what was advertised on their website. When I asked to look at a similar unit, they said they can't unbox it. So you expect me to come to a shop instead of shopping online at a cheaper price, only for you to not even show me what I'm wanting to get installed? What's the point of a physical store? What a joke of customer service. This is why people turn to Amazon and mobile installers. Now I'll be one of them.
