★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a dated Landcruiser Prado from S C Toyota and dealt with Bryan & Kieran. I live in Wanaka so didn’t see the vehicle till it arrived there. Bit of a risk but I was absolutely thrilled to receive it with all the agreed work done and some that wasn’t agreed.
A busy time of year meant I had to wait but it was well worth it.
Congratulations to Bryan, Kieran and the SC Toyota for great service and communication. Couldn’t be more happy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I made a long round trip from the West Coast to view a van at this dealership. When I got there the price on the van was $2k more than they were advertising online. Dealership tried to discourage me from having the vehicle AA checked before making an offer on it, and tried to secure $1K from me warning that I otherwise risked them selling the vehicle while I was travelling down to see it. Personally, I wouldn’t touch them with a bargepole.

Brought a vehicle and I was going to drive to collect tomorrow. Paid for it last night.
Today they have told me it's not for sale. They need to put it in the workshop to find a fault. I told them I was happy to wait until it was finished in the workshop and they said I don't have that option that I was getting refunded.
Rude manager and CEO.
The manager mentioned they were not sure of what price it would be getting sold for when they sell it. I believe that the have decided its worth more and canceled my sale for this reason.
