Did you know if you pay $300 - 400 for a headlamp it doesn't include a new bulb?
I know other companies do.
They put the old one back in and don't ask if you'd like both replaced at the same time.
That way they skin for another$100 on the return.
I pointed it out to the manager who didn't deny it.
He said we just don't ask the question.
