β β β β β Just had my knee replacement done here, my experience was wonderful. The staff, nurses, nursing assistants, orderlies and food service staff are brilliant, helpful and responsive to my every need.
I highly recommend this hospital to anyone that gets the choice on where their treatments get done
The chefs are wonderful too, can't fault anything.

β β β β β I had the absolute best experience from start to finish, the staff were so accommodating and nothing was too much of an ask. Dr Brick was exceptionally understanding about my job and why I was worried about scarring. Him and his team were exceptionally professional.
It was so nice to feel like I was in the best hands, all the staff were amazing! Cannot recommend this hospital enough.

β β β β β How can one say you really enjoyed your hospital visit. It shouldnt be a great experience but the staff really did it for me. They were simply superb and made my experience and stay wonderful. I have to make a special mention for Kate who was such fun and so efficient it made my stay special and my wife and I are still laughing about our experiences!! Thanks.

β β β β β Unacceptable wait time of 4 hours to even get into the surgery room when we were booked in and would have been finished in 45 minutes to an hour. We were there for a total of 8 hours when it could have taken 3 in total in and out. Especially when paying through private at such a large expense would expect much better. Would definitely direct people elsewhere.
A pro is the lovely staff and free parking.

β β β β β In what seemed to be a daunting experience, I found myself at ease with the kind and friendly staff at north harbour. Andrea and butch never hesitated to help me and crack a joke. The whole surgery and recovery was a breeze here and I am highly Grateful for the service that they provided. Great room and even better staff! Food not bad either! (Cheers butch for the ice cream!)

β β β β β I had an absolutely fantastic experience this week when I had back surgery done here. I could tell straight away that this is a hospital that has a well organised, streamlined operation that delivers a very high standard of care to it's patients. There is a good staff to patient ratio - so much so that it often seemed that people were waiting outside my door because they would arrive so quickly upon me pushing the button. Every single nurse, doctor and employee were incredibly kind, caring and thoughtful and this inspired a great deal of confidence in me. I never worried about anything and was so impressed. I would gladly have spent another night had I needed to but as it is I am hoping that my upcoming knee replacement surgery can also be done here as well because I know I will be in the best hands possible. A partial list of people to thank (I am sorry that I can't remember everyone) - Nurses Hannah, Rebecca, Aisha, Anaesthetist Tatiana and Dr Phillip Insull.
