β β β β β I would like to thank the staff at southern cross rotorua hospital from the bottom of my hart for their empathy professionalism and great sense of humour at times when I was under considerable pain and distress I could not of gotten through the operation without their amazing support .This operation has changed my life and the life of my family I will now be able to play with my daughter without the burden of the of the pain I have endurevd for all these years .
So for anyone reading this as a prospective patient have no fear you will be in the best hands and facility available .
And finally I would like to thank the Doctor who made it all happen mr Crombie for his outstanding professionalism and skill .
Thank you for giving me this chance at a pain free future .Words cannot express my full gratitude to you .

β β β β β Wow! A big thank you to all the staff from Reception through to the pre admissions, nursing staff and Including surgeon, anesthesiologists and recovery team. I have to have specialist care before, during and after admission and Southern Cross Rotorua deliver this personal care 100% all the way though to my special diet needs, I have had numerous surgeries at this hospital and every time 100 %, I can't thank you all enough for the professionalism you all provide, see you all soon.

β β β β β Just finished surgery and had the most comfortable stay, awesome kaimahi, great facilites and everything that I need for my recovery. Highly highly recommend. Lovely kai and just so relaxed. Nga mihi nui kia koutou.

β β β β β Had a procedure done this morning the nurse was lovely the Dr was rude and no after care plan at all but over all nice nurse think Dr could have told me what to expect after in and out with in the hr
