★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The facility is modern, warm and well appointed. The staff seem nice but also stressed and overworked. The care, unfortunately was sub par for our family member and she was given the incorrect care plan. This resulted in her physical and mental health deteriorating rapidly. We have since moved her to another Oceania rest home and she is happy and thriving.
