β β β β β My aunty made a visit to this place today 30/12/2021 at approx 10am-11am. My aunty spoke to a European lady directly she was assumably Admin. My aunty spoke kindly and politely to this women inquiring about what she needed to do to retrieve personal belongings from a car that she owns. Sometime during this conversation My aunty asked the lady to repeat herself as she is hard of hearing and cannot read lips. My aunty politely ask the lady to repeat herself again and the response was verbal abuse and a whole lot of F Bombs just wow. Who does this lady think she is. I will be laying a complaint to the commissioner

β β β β β Used this company to tow boat and trailer. Receptionist sounded grumpy, she was very rude when i asked questions about pricing, i could tell she was annoyed. The guy who came out to tow trailer and boat was ok but they definitely need some lessons in how to communicate better with customers.

β β β β β Not impressed with STD. ask for confirmation via email. (doesn't happen) or they say will ring you back.( doesn't happen) You have to keep ringing them. unprofessional !!! Understand why people get frustrated with this lot not impressed .don't get this lot to do any work for you.

β β β β β On the 29th of December I approached the reception to enquire about my car. When she spoke I told her I find it hard to hear. She turned and yelled at me. I told her I didnt hear what she said, she sat down on her chair refusing to serve me and told me to f....off. i said lady I am only here to find out about my car. She then came to the front door and told me to my face to f....k off. Never have I had a customer service like that from Southern Distric towing on Luke Street, Otahuhu. She needs to look at the way she deals with people in general. Not impressed.

β β β β β The customer service at this place is top notch, having to deal with people who had their car towed, stolen then towed can be a very daunting service, and mostly people will throw hate in the face of the closest person, they understand this and try to help as best as they can, giving advice on what to do to get your vehicle back to you as soon as possible. They try their best to calm customers down so they don't anything rash and that is the best way to handle customers!

β β β β β The lady at the front door is rude, lack of patience, she needs to learn soft skills and provide a better customer service. Due to covid restrictions that windows they installed nobody can't hear them, she really needs to change her attitude, it is a joke that police send recovered cars to this carpark, very disappointed.
