★ ★ ★ ★ ★ was stranded in the rural country town with a flat tyre on Sunday Evening, called AA roadside assistance and had to wait for a long time on the phone. this company picks up the phone immediately and the tow truck arrived from Auckland to Welsford in one hour when the other companies I called will take several hours as I was told as its Sunday evening. The driver was extremely helpful and the truck is very clean. I was quite anxious but he reassured me and put me at ease. thank you for coming to the rescue.

I had video going as well (dash camera).
There customer service is very poor and did not take the complaint seriously.
I highly suggest they work on customer support and to learn from issues and grow as a company.
As well as you look at my reviews there is a mixture of good and bad reviews so I suggest you do your research before bad mouthing.
Will definitely not use them for towing if needed one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had broken down on the off ramp today and needed a tow, we called Manukau 24/7 Towing services and were greeted with a cold and unhelpful person who hung up on us. So we continued our search and found Cheap Towing who were extremely helpful and got to us in less than 25minutes! we were very surprised at how cheap and helpful/fast they were and would definitely recommend and use them again if need be .

He even helped with investigating the cause for my mechanical issue. The negative reviews on this business are not accurate - some customers are obviously too sensitive and entitled.
