★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience. They have missed out on delivery for 3 weeks in a row. The first week, they claimed that at the Auckland branch they forgot to load my items on the truck. In the second week, I called again to know if my items were going to be delivered (as there was no communication on their side!), they said they would arrive between 3 pm and 6 pm so I waited for three hours at home for them. They never showed up, and when I called again, I was told my items weren't even been dropped off yet at their Auckland branch and that they would have come on Monday of the following week. Another Monday comes and I haven't heard anything from them. I called again, and I received a very rude answer saying that they would have delivered the following day. They haven't.
