Every year (2 cleans a season)they provide us with a great clean and leave us safe in the knowledge that our flue and fire is safe to operate. An important service that will minimises the risk and heartache of a house fire.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When our fire suddenly stopped working on the Friday of a long weekend I didn’t hold out much hope of us getting it fixed in the next few days. I googled chimney services in Wanaka and text Mark and Lou to ask if and when they’d be able to help.
To my (and the rest of the family’s) absolute delight, Lou was able to pop in the next day and sort us out. She was incredibly professional and got the job done quickly. We are so grateful to Lou and Southern Lakes Fire and Chimney Services for the amazing job, and on a Saturday - our fire is on and roaring better than it has in a long time! Thank you!
