★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic, they were over 6 months late with the servicing, and not only that, they lied and tried to say that they had already been out and serviced the heat pump. Also they accused me of being rude and abusive over the pH, when I enquired how come my heat pump hadn't been serviced
