β β β β β Still waiting for heatpump install. Been 11 months. We had heatpump dropped off three weeks ago but has been cancelled twice due to circumstances which I can fully understand . But 11 months seems an awful long time. Was told would be in for the winter. Is that the normal waiting time.

β β β β β I had the guys come and put insulation top and bottom, and install a heatpump. They were absolutely fantastic. Professional job, quickly done, very happy with the results!

β β β β β Wait times are horrendous, which given backorder and increased demand is understandable and ya know, Δ little thing called covid is a frequent excuse too, but whatever, what I don't tolerate is rude staff, unfriendly and ignorant demeanour and a sassy attitude When Asking simple questions about the warmer homes initiative. which, by the way, was actually in order to refer a few of my clients to you... Look, all staff in trades are busy and stressed right now, but any customer asks is for a little communication. It's not hard to at least fake being nice! .... I'll be sending my clients elsewhere.....

β β β β β After paying full amount for the work and told that it would take 6 weeks for the work to be done (no problem with the time frame) there was no further contact. After waiting the 6 weeks we contacted them and I felt they had forgotten us. Job was done 3 weeks late, but happy with the work done. I think they should focus on better customer communication.

β β β β β Great service when I got my home and my daughter's done well before Covid stuck! Also come to Spring Eco fest and talk to people about their service - or give us pamphlets to display so people are aware of their service. Improved both of the homes markedly

β β β β β Still trying to get faulty heatpump fixed after two months, emails to this company are ignored and you get fobbed off in phone calls. Wish we had never used them.

β β β β β After paying for an insulation inspection that never happened in February, I have been trying to get a refund since March. It's now mid-April and no refund is coming my way even though they asked me for my bank account number. Now I will have to spend my time and energy taking my complaint to Ombudsman as my emails and comments on Facebook have gone unanswered.
I want my money back for a service you never provided!

β β β β β Rung these guys up about the heatpump they installed after a few months saying it was making weird grinding noises before xmas they took my phone number and never got back a hold of me, Heatpump not even a year old, Due to them not getting back a hold of me, I had to end up getting a loan off the bank to replace the one they had installed since it was the only heat for my house. I am not happy I had to get a loan since they knew mine was playing up and didn't care to come out to have a look at the problem all up costing me $5000 for a new one being installed. Guess they just go on numbers for the govt to make their books look good, You won't find my nickname I use on google in your system only my real name and no point in emailing as you don't reply back, Like I stated the one you guys installed was removed due to being stuffed around after ringing you and wanting to hear back and me popping into your eye street address about this issue and told Someone would get back a hold of me and for months no-one has until I done this review.
