★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved it, was worried I was going to get something hot and spicy, but it was excellent spicy but not mouth burning, highly recommended snack box was large enough for a full meal, and it's now a favorite meal for me, many thanks. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst customer service experience I've ever had in my life. Never ever order food from this place. My partner and I went in to order snack boxes, he knew they were good and ordered exactly that. The guy working there was rude as, it was very clear he didn't want us in there. We waited for the food and then once he yelled out to us, he handed us two chicken pockets. My partner told him we didn't order this and the guy insisted that we did and then pushed him out of the shop and slammed and locked the shop door so he could go on his break. My partner then approached him at his car and told him this wasn't what we ordered (very politely) and he just completely waved him off 3 times and made it very clear he didn't care nor was going to do anything about it. We were forced to leave and just took what he gave us. It's disgusting how they treat their customers, never going here again. Thanks for wasting our time and money

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My partner came in tonight to pick me up some dinner. Past experiences with you guys is usually amazing.
However, he was met with extremely rude and horrible service. I understand that you didn't have lamb available, but you TOLD him he would be given chicken, but I now have some pretty terrible beef (I think).
I also wanted tzatziki sauce, but I was given aoli? I don't eat aoli. Tried to eat it anyway but the meal really isn't very good. Apparently when my partner asked for tzatziki, he was told no,it will be too soggy.
Extremely disappointed with the entirety of the service. Seriously need to learn how to speak to your customers like they're human beings

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Souvalakis I bought for my family were incredible, they were huge and full of flavour, but unfortunately the woman that served me made it an unpleasent homecoming. Nonetheless I will return for the delicious food, but definately not for the service.

Reminds me of the old Redwood Souvo days before the Chinese got in there and ruined it.
Definitely worth the drive from Redwood to Halswell

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't mind paying money for quality or value but this did not qualify at any category... $33 through uber, regular meat on chips (beef). For 33 bux I was expecting sliced steak or something on top of the $1 worth of chips, not meatballs. If this was the regular, I'd hate to know what size is the kids one...its probably just a picture of some chips. Flavor was ok but really nothing special. All together very disappointing experience. For $33 two people can walk out of maccas with full bellies

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rang up to order and was rudely spoken to on the phone, I was tempted to hang up and to be honest I wish I did. We were told me couldn’t pick different sauces and had to have with mild, medium and spicy chilli - that was it? Our souvlakis were 25 minutes late. Understand that some nights can be busy but would have appreciated being told how long the real wait was on the phone. Don’t think we will be coming back.
