★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady behind the counter was an absolute nightmare to deal with. I ended up leaving the shop bc I was so angry I was nearly crying. Would never recommend this store. The service is absolutely terrible. If there were zero stars, that would be what I would give them.

No friendly at all. Very rude. I have been spark client since I arrived NZ more than a year now…. I was looking to update my iPhone, and she was treating me very bad. No coming back to this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I went into the Spark shop in Blenheim and was served by a woman in her thirties, blonde. Unfortunately can't remember her name. I asked for assistance in removing a message that came up stating my phone was full. She informed me she wasn't a technician and swipped the message clear. She was rude with a couldn't care less attitude. Her customer service non existent. Very dissapointing to see this kind of employee giving the store a bad reputation. I will never buy my next phone from Spark and will go to opposition where they treat people with respect and offer great customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would also give zero stars. Big woman with short blonde hair. Very dismissive attitude. Not prepared to help. Said she had work to do. She just took over when I was explaining to a man, who clearly had no idea of what he was doing. This is the final straw from Spark. We will be taking our business elsewhere.
