★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service started off positive when i arrived at 9 am in the morning. However, I rushed back as soon as my phone had been backed up, which took 8 hours at the tech place she suggested. It was 5:31 when i arrived back, the lady who greeted me at the door, turned me away even though she was the one who served me at 9am. She knew what was needed, a $290 payment for the insurance excess and temporary phone, until mine was fixed (the rest had all been sorted with her that morning). Computers were still on and she was at her desk. It would be human decency to help out someone in need. I know it is "just" a phone, but these days people rely on phones for everything...Must be nice to have a customer service job where going above and beyond is not required.
